What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Engage Oncology specialists and key customers to present clinically focused selling messages for the launch of new products
  • Collaborate with various partners to address customer needs and develop market strategies
  • Build strong relationships with designated accounts and specialists to understand their objectives and challenges
  • Conduct market profiling to gain insights into healthcare delivery and payer systems
  • Proactively identify business opportunities and coordinate efforts within the Oncology account team
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree;
    Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in Oncology sales, with a preference for Hematology Oncology
  • Required buy and bill experience with biologics
  • At least 3 years of experience working with key thought leaders or high influence customers
  • Strong understanding of the Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and current Oncology marketplace
