Flywheel Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) in Fincastle, VA to provide in-home ABA therapy to a child with autism. This position is perfect for someone who values meaningful one-on-one work, consistency, and building strong connections within their local community.

• Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in the client s home
• Implement BCBA-designed behavior intervention plans
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect session data and track client progress
• Create a positive, structured, and supportive environment
