** Early Intervention SLPA
** to deliver in-home speech and language therapy to young children in Palmdale and the Antelope Valley.### About the Role You’ll visit families at home and work directly with their children, following treatment plans designed by our licensed Speech-Language Pathologists and helping track each child’s progress.### What You’ll Do
* Deliver one-on-one therapy in the home that targets each child’s communication goals
* Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising SLP
* Partner with SLPs on speech screenings
* Give and score standardized assessments with SLP guidance
* Document each visit and update client records as your SLP directs
* Share insights in team meetings and collaborate with fellow SLPs and SLPAs###

What You’ll Bring
* An Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Speech Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field
* A valid Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license
* Great communication and people skills
* Comfort working independently in the field and as part of a supervised team
