· Precision Homecare is hiring a licensed physical therapist for home health in Methuen, MA. You will evaluate patients, develop rehab plans, and supervise PTAs in the community.
Location:
Methuen, MA (home visits in Essex County, Middlesex County, Suffolk County, Norfolk County)
· Office: 225 Broadway, Suite 201## Responsibilities
* Evaluate patient's physical condition and develop rehabilitative plans of care
* Collaborate with attending physicians to obtain orders
* Provide education to patients and families
* Set achievable goals and work toward discharge
* May act as primary case manager in the absence of nursing discipline
* Supervise PTAs assisting in implementation of the plan of care## Requirements
* Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
* Current state license as a Physical Therapist
* Clinical experience preferred
* Current CPR certification
