This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Healthcare / Health Tech professional who understands the intersection between healthcare, technology, business, and digital transformation, and is looking to play a key role in the development and growth of innovative healthcare solutions.

The Healthcare / Health Tech Manager will lead and support healthcare-focused initiatives, working closely with business, technology, product, and healthcare stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that address complex industry challenges.

The role requires a strategic and hands-on professional with strong knowledge of healthcare environments, digital technologies, and business operations, combined with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive projects in a fast-paced international environment.

Healthcare Strategy & Digital Transformation

• Develop and execute healthcare technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve healthcare processes through technology and digital solutions.
• Translate healthcare challenges and business requirements into scalable technology initiatives.
• Support digital transformation programs across healthcare organizations.
• Identify emerging technologies and trends impacting the Health Tech industry.

Health Tech Product & Solutions

• Collaborate with product and technology teams to define and improve healthcare solutions.
• Translate clinical, operational, and business needs into product requirements.
• Support the design and implementation of digital healthcare platforms and solutions.
• Ensure solutions address user needs, operational requirements, and healthcare industry standards.
• Contribute to product roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives.

Healthcare Operations & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with healthcare providers, business leaders, technology teams, and other stakeholders.
• Understand healthcare workflows, processes, and operational challenges.
• Manage relationships with key healthcare stakeholders and clients.
• Facilitate communication between healthcare and technology teams.
• Support change management and adoption of new healthcare technologies.

Compliance & Healthcare Technology

• Support compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Work with internal teams and external advisors to identify regulatory and operational requirements.
• Promote security, privacy, and responsible handling of healthcare data.
• Ensure healthcare technology initiatives consider relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.

Leadership & Project Management

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across healthcare and technology initiatives.
• Define project objectives, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive initiatives from strategy and planning through implementation.

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, Health Tech, healthcare technology, digital health, or related environments.
• Experience managing healthcare technology projects, products, or digital transformation initiatives.
