Medical Manager

Lead medical content function, combining medical science, education, and brand strategy to deliver accurate, engaging content for HCPs. The role is both hands-on and team-oriented, working closely with clients and KOLs.

• Lead and mentor the medical content team across therapeutic areas.
• Review and approve content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality.

• Develop medical content across slides, articles, newsletters, infographics, video scripts, case studies, and KOL briefs.
• Translate complex science into clear, practical HCP-focused content.

• Translate client briefs into medical concepts, campaigns, and proposals with BD/Account teams.
• Ensure brand-aligned and compliant medical education content.

• Provide medical input in client meetings and collaborate with KOLs/experts on content development.
• Support CME program design in line with guidelines.

• Stay updated on medical trends, guidelines, and emerging therapies.
• Drive new digital/omnichannel content formats to enhance HCP engagement.

• Degree in Medicine or Pharmacy.

• 4-6+ years in Medical Affairs, Medical Education, Medical Communications, or CME content development.
• Agency, healthcare marketing, or pharma-client experience is a plus.

• Fluent Vietnamese & English with strong medical content/slide development skills.
• Understanding of Vietnamese healthcare market & HCP behavior; detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Client-facing with the ability to mentor junior team members.
