Diet Aide; PM Shift

We are seeking a Part-Time Diet Aide to join our team at Port Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a leading healthcare provider in Newburyport, Massachusetts. As a Diet Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive top-notch nutrition and dining experiences. • Prepares, portions, and serves food items, beverages, and desserts for meal service according to menu and prescribed therapeutic diets in a timely, safe, and sanitary manner.
• Assists with preparation and production of vending par levels (entrees, snacks, beverages, and desserts).
• Prepares and delivers nourishments at appropriate times according to procedure in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Sets up trays and/or place settings according to prescribed therapeutic diets according to procedure in a timely, safe, and sanitary manner.
• Assists with meal set up at mealtime according to the diet card, considering therapeutic diets, food preferences, and consistencies to meet each resident's individual dietary needs.
