We are seeking a warm, polished, and highly organized Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences and helping patients feel welcomed, cared for, and confident from the moment they contact our clinic.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a five-star experience while supporting the daily operations of our growing aesthetic practice.

• Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails promptly and courteously
• Schedule and confirm appointments using our practice management software
• Educate patients about services, memberships, promotions, and skincare products
• Assist with treatment plan coordination and follow-up care
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
• Support providers and team members to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Maintain a beautiful, organized, and inviting reception area
• Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and valued throughout their journey

• Previous experience in medical aesthetics, medical office, spa, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and digital communication
• Passion for beauty, wellness, and helping others look and feel their best
