Lima, Ohio Full-time Behavioral Health $30 – $35/hour## About This Role Manna mental Addiction and Recovery Clinic provides outpatient mental health and substance use disorder treatment to the Lima community. We are a small practice, which means our clinicians know their clients, carry real responsibility, and see the results of their work. We are looking for a Licensed Independent Social Worker to carry their own caseload and practise independently within their scope, working alongside our psychiatric providers.

The work involves biopsychosocial assessments, individualized treatment planning, individual and group counseling, case management, crisis response, and coordination with prescribers and outside agencies.

The role suits an experienced clinician who wants meaningful work in a setting where they are a person rather than a number, and who is comfortable with the realities of substance use treatment. Much of what we handle is protected under 42 CFR Part 2, so confidentiality here matters more than in most settings.

This is an onsite position at our Lima, Ohio clinic. Remote or hybrid work is not available.## Requirements
* Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision designation (LISW-S) also welcome
* Licensed Social Worker (LSW) whose independent licensure is complete or imminent at time of hire
* Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with behavioral health or substance use treatment experience will be considered
* Two or more years of post-master's clinical experience
* Experience in substance use disorder treatment, recovery services, or dual diagnosis care preferred
* Working knowledge of 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality requirements preferred
* Training in motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, or trauma informed care preferred
* Comfortable documenting in an electronic health record and meeting documentation deadlines
