Role Overview
As a Unit Secretary, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of your assigned unit by handling all clerical and reception duties. You will support healthcare professionals, patients, and their families, contributing to a seamless and compassionate care experience. Your work is essential in maintaining an organized and efficient environment, directly impacting patient care and team productivity.

What You Will Do
- Manage all clerical and reception duties for your assigned unit.
- Ensure a welcoming and organized environment for patients and visitors.
- Support healthcare professionals by maintaining accurate records and facilitating communication.
- Clean and stock operating rooms as needed.

What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- One year of experience in a healthcare setting such as a medical office, hospital, or laboratory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a unit secretary.
