As a Clinical Manager
- Pedi-Flite and Pediatric Critical Care Transport Team, you're responsible for the leadership and direction of the transport services staff and accountable for planning, budgetary planning, and day to day operation. Functions as an integral part of the multidisciplinary team that manages the care of critically ill patients that are direct admits and from referring institutions to the receiving facility. Establishes and implements departmental goals, standards, policies and procedures to achieve quality patient care and customer service.

- Manages the staff and day to day operations of assigned program/area(s). Responsible for educating, orientation, in-services, and training staff members.
- Plans and schedules work, ensuring distribution of assignments and adequate staffing for assigned area.
- Evaluates job performance, ensures competency of staff, and recommends various personnel actions including hiring, promotions, coaching, and corrective actions.
- Documents and maintains records of clinical skills, required competencies, and education for the staff.
- Provides short and long term planning of assigned area, ensuring success in caring for patient population.
- Develops and monitors budget for assigned program/area(s). Assists in the development and implementation of plans to control costs and to ensure financial success.
- Interprets, administers, and executes policies and procedures for the program/area(s), ensuring policy compliance and regulatory agency requirements.
- Oversees the daily logistics, ensuring 24/7 coverage and oversight. Accountable for call after-hours.

- Bachelor's Degree Nursing - Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration - Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree Respiratory Therapy
