** Arnot Health is seeking a committed and skilled Certified Athletic Trainer to join our Sports Medicine team. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the health, safety, and performance of athletes across our network. This is a full-time, day-shift position.
** Main Function:
** As a Certified Athletic Trainer, you will provide comprehensive athletic training services in line with NATA standards, including injury prevention, emergency care, on-site evaluation, rehabilitation, and follow-up. You'll be an essential link between athletes, families, coaches, and physicians to support safe athletic participation.

* Roles and Responsibilities:

**** Provide prevention, assessment, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries.
* Offer on-site coverage for practices, games, and special events-may include evening, weekend, or travel.
* Develop and implement treatment plans using appropriate therapeutic modalities.
* Apply braces, tapes, and protective equipment as needed.
* Maintain complete and accurate documentation of injuries and treatments.
* Coordinate care and follow-up appointments with physicians and rehab staff.
* Educate athletes and families on post-injury care, concussion protocols, and return-to-play processes.
* Assist with onboarding of new athletic training contracts and data collection for program growth.
