This is a Part Time RCP position (36 hours per two week period), benefited, and with 12 hour varied shift . The varied shifts would be either
either or and at
Mercy Chula Vista Hospital.
This role is to fulfill our RCP new grad program .The training will be full time and once that is completed, you will move into a part time role.

Join our team as a Respiratory Therapist within our Respiratory Therapy department at Scripps Mercy Hospital. The Respiratory Therapist, in collaboration with other caregivers:
- Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates actions for respiratory care.
- Performs all technical diagnostic and therapeutic procedures related to respiratory care and other core responsibilities necessary to maintain the flow of patient care and comfort in the unit.
- Responds to critical situations.
- Utilizes computer systems in performing position duties.
- Adheres to Hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
- Participates in Quality Control, preventative maintenance, and performance improvement activities.
