Baptist Health Louisville is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our compassionate rehabilitation team. You will evaluate patients, develop and revise care plans, provide patient and family education, and coordinate discharge planning across acute and outpatient settings.
Ideal candidates hold or are eligible for a Kentucky OT License, with NBCOT and DPAM certifications strongly preferred. BLS certification is required or must be obtained.
