** Medication Technician
** on our Personal Care (PC) unit, you’ll play a key role in supporting our residents’ well-being. You’ll safely prepare and administer medications and provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), all while following each resident’s personalized care plan.

Your responsibilities will include:
* ** Support Health & Wellness:
** Administer medications and treatments to residents as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and compassion in every interaction.
* ** Stay on Track:
** Record all medication administration and treatments using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system with attention to detail and compliance.
* ** Follow the Rules:
** Meet all regulatory requirements set by the PA Department of Human Services, including timely completion of medication administration training and renewals.
* ** Lead with Confidence:
** Take charge of the unit during your shift to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
* ** Act Quickly:
** Report any incidents or changes in a resident’s condition promptly to the PC Administrator or their designee.
* ** Document with Care:
** Complete incident and change-of-condition reports thoroughly and on time.
* ** Keep Us Stocked:
** Reorder medications, treatments, and nursing supplies as needed to ensure consistent care delivery.
* ** Listen & Respond:
** Address resident and family concerns with empathy and professionalism and communicate issues to the PC Administrator for resolution.
* ** Provide Personal Care:
** Assist residents with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) – including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting – following individual support plans.
