*** Assist residents with personal cares and basic ADLs, including dressing, grooming, bathing, mobility, and reminders.
* Serve meals, support dining experiences, and encourage resident independence.
* Help keep resident apartments and common areas clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

*** Follow safety and infection control guidelines.
* Use equipment properly and report concerns right away.

* Ability to assist with personal cares, meal service, housekeeping tasks, and daily resident activities.
* Must be able to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.### Preferred, But Not
Required:
* CNA certification.
* Previous healthcare, hospitality, or customer service experience.
