Patient Recruitment Specialist – Maryland, Clinical Research Studies US Locations

We are seeking motivated and organised Patient Recruitment Specialists to support clinical research studies across multiple US locations:

• Gainesville, Georgia
• Metairie, Louisiana
• Bowie, Maryland
• Walnut Creek, California
• Covina, California
• Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and screening potential clinical trial participants, helping meet recruitment targets while maintaining high standards of patient care, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

• Recruit and engage eligible participants for clinical research studies.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls and initial eligibility screenings.
• Collect and accurately record participant information in relevant databases.
• Follow up with prospective participants and confirm appointments.
• Support recruitment campaigns, community outreach events, and screening activities.
• Work closely with clinical research teams to achieve enrolment targets.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable research regulations and privacy requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is desirable but not essential.
• Experience in patient recruitment, clinical research, healthcare, or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong telephone, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, GCP, IRB processes, FDA regulations, or HIPAA is beneficial.
