Primary Labor and Delivery nurse on nights - must be independent.
Description:
Responsible for providing care in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Level 1 Newborn nursery.
Will float to other units during high volume when census is low in Labor and Delivery.
Expected to adhere to patient ratios as per AWHONN staffing standards.
Experience with common diagnoses and treatments including Labor and Delivery, Antepartum, and Postpartum care is required.
Professional dress is required.
Unacceptable attire includes T-shirts that are not nursing-related, blue jeans, and casual wear.
Patients served include those in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Newborn care.
