** Join our team and play an essential role in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients, families, and caregivers. As a Hospital Support Tech, you will directly contribute to the patient experience by ensuring care units are well-stocked, organized, and prepared to support exceptional patient care. ** What You'll Do
** Support Patient Care Operations
* Maintain patient care areas by ensuring supplies and equipment are readily available, clean, and properly stored.
* Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and check product expiration dates to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
* Clean and prepare equipment for patient use.  Assist Patients and Families
* Safely transport patients, family members, and visitors throughout the hospital using appropriate transport methods and infection prevention protocols.
* Provide compassionate assistance and excellent customer service during patient interactions.
* Respond appropriately in emergency situations by seeking immediate clinical support when needed.  Promote a Safe and Organized Environment
* Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient care environment.
* Participate in Continual Service Readiness (CSR) activities to support compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
* Identify and report equipment issues, safety concerns, or maintenance needs promptly.  Collaborate with the Healthcare Team
* Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care needs.
* Utilize email, phones, pagers, Voalte, and other communication tools to stay connected and informed.
* Assist with additional duties such as transporting laboratory specimens and supporting departmental operations as needed.  
** What We're Looking For
** Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma, GED, HSED, or equivalent experience.
* Basic computer and technology skills.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow established policies and procedures.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to providing exceptional service to patients and families.  

Preferred Qualifications
* Previous healthcare experience or knowledge of healthcare environments.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or National Safety Council.
