• Checks with Manager for daily objectives
• Properly settingup/closing downthe dining spaces with accuracy and ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked
• Inspects dining roomfor cleanliness
• Provide excellent dining experiences for our guests through proper steps of service
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the beverage menu including spirits, wine, beer, and non‑alcoholic offerings
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the food menu
• Maintains a clean and sanitary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes
• Performs service,busserand runner duties as appropriate
• Must be willing to work in other disciplines within the department as directed by management
• Uses POS accurately. Handles card transactions as directed
• Participate in upsell strategies as directed by management
• Participates in daily line ups
• Practices service standards and current training throughout service

• Must be able to obtain Serve Safe/TABCServer Certification
• Must be at least 21 years old
