Position OverviewMaster Butler Collection has been retained to identify a Butler Manager for an ultra-luxury hotel environment in the Middle East.
This is a senior operational role responsible for leading the Butler division across premium suites, villas and private residences within the property.
The appointment requires a professional who can unify personalised guest experience, structured operational systems and disciplined team leadership.
The Butler Household Manager is both custodian of service standards and strategic operator.
Scope of Leadership- Lead and manage Presidential, Royal and Villa Butlers
- Develop structured shift coverage including night operations
- Ensure seamless pre-arrival, in-house and departure guest journey
- Maintain consistency across multiple suite categories
- Oversee VIP arrivals and protocol-sensitive stays
- Strengthen emotional connection touchpoints
- Review guest intelligence systems and reporting
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B
- Design and implement Butler SOPs
- Conduct structured daily briefings and shift handovers
- Monitor performance metrics and guest feedback
- Maintain Forbes and LQA standard alignment
- Mentor junior Butlers and Apprentices
- Conduct training and coaching sessions
- Build leadership bench strength
- Support succession planning within the division
- Protect brand positioning through service excellence
- Identify opportunities for elevated in-suite revenue
- Ensure discretion with high-profile clientele
- Minimum five years in senior Butler or luxury hospitality leadership
- Experience in ultra-luxury hotels or branded residences
- Proven ability to lead multi-cultural teams
- Strong understanding of VIP protocol
- Emotional intelligence and structured leadership style
- Fluent English, additional languages advantageous
- Middle East location
- Compensation aligned with seniority and property scale
