The Variel at Woodland Hills, a premier luxury senior living community serving Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care residents, is seeking an experienced Director of Hospitality to lead our Front Desk, Concierge, Valet, and Security teams.

The Director of Hospitality is a key member of the community leadership team and is responsible for leading the overall hospitality experience at The Variel. This position provides strategic and hands‑on leadership for the Front Desk, Concierge, Valet, and Security teams, ensuring every resident, family member, guest, and visitor receives an exceptional level of service.

The Director sets the standard for hospitality throughout the community by developing strong teams, establishing consistent service practices, and creating a culture centered on professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care. This leader is highly visible and engaged in daily operations, proactively identifies opportunities to improve the resident experience, and ensures concerns are addressed with urgency and follow‑through.
