Picture yourself being an AV Techat Big Sky Resort and having the opportunity to:

• Showcaseyour technical skills by setting up and running the sound system and video equipment to conduct digital and in-person meetings, business conventions,conference andmiscellaneousevents
• Set and strike Audio-Visual equipment, mix soundboards, setup and monitor single and multi-room projection, web streaming services and enhancementlighting
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills with group leaders, speakers and conference management to provide exceptional Audio-Visualexperiences
• Problemsolvetechnical and hardware issues when necessary
• Inspect and perform quality checks on audio-visual setups prior to meetingstarts
• Assist our wait staff and bartenderswith room set upandplated and buffet food&beverage service
• Showcase your cleanliness standards by maintaining impeccable orderof equipment and surrounding areas
• Maintain harmonious relationships with team members by being open to completing any task or function that will support the service experience
• Learn and follow our Boyne Standards and Boyne Basics to better serve ourguests

Recipe for Success

• Have a minimum of 1-3years’ experience inthe
  
  Audio-Visualindustry
• Have a passion for guest service and the hospitality industry
• Possess a friendly attitude and a team player approach
• Be driven to learn more and take on a variety of roles and responsibilities
• Exhibita coolheaded andself-motivateddemeanor
• Displaya strong sense of urgency and responsibility while assuring consistent achievement of quality standards
• Have the ability for quick decision making within a defined span of time and control
• Excel in an environment with varied tasks
• Work within established standards and procedures
• Be available to work early, mid-day and evening shifts, weekends and holidays
• Be able to lift at least 25pounds

• Be Serv Safe certified(Alcohol & Food Handler’s)
• Have proven prior experience and enthusiastic willingness to learn
