* Job Description:

** Under the direction of the Executive/Assistant Executive Housekeeper – Public Space, the individual assists in ensuring smooth and efficient public space operations and top quality guest service.

* Essential Job Functions:

*** Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
* Prepares work schedules and conducts employee evaluations. Assists in hiring and establishing training programs for personnel,
* Recommends adjustments to policies or guest room services to more effectively service the guest,
* Conducts detailed inspections to ensure adherence to departmental policies and to identify problems,
* Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

* Qualifications:

** High School Diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) year college degree preferred. Minimum (1) year of housekeeping or custodial staff supervision experience or a combination of education and/or experience.
