Are you a driven and ambitious professional eager to make a lasting impact in Human Resources? Nestle invites you to embark on an exciting journey through our esteemed HR Development Program (HRDP). Our goal is to cultivate a talented pool of exceptional HR Business Partners, poised to become future leaders in our factory and distribution center locations.

Over 18-24 months, you will gain invaluable exposure working in diverse manufacturing and distribution facilities across multiple U.S. cities. You will receive in-depth learning experiences led by our top HR Specialist groups, including People Analytics, Labor & Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Employment Law, and our various Talent specialists. These learnings will be put into practice immediately during your time in the program.

At Nestle, our HRDPs serve as strategic partners, leveraging their HR expertise to tackle real‑world business challenges and contribute significantly to the success of our iconic product lines. You will play a key role in driving employee development, managing employee and labor relations, interpreting policies and contracts, overseeing compensation administration, staffing, and ensuring legal compliance.

You will benefit from the guidance of dedicated direct report managers, a seasoned HR Leadership mentor, and a peer ambassador. Program Breakdown:
  • Dive into cutting‑edge strategic immersion experiences across multiple vital HR areas, such as recruitment, compensation, talent management, people analytics, organizational development, and employee benefits.
  • Immerse yourself in the world of HR as you learn and apply essential HR Business Partner activities, gaining a solid foundation in the daily responsibilities of an HR Generalist in a factory or distribution center setting. This is your chance to make a real impact and shape the culture with our associates and leaders.
  • Take charge of exciting HR projects from various specialist groups, showcasing your skills and expertise. This includes delivering a quarterly presentation to the esteemed HR Leadership Team, where you'll present your findings and recommendations.
  • Foster open and effective communication with employees, serving as a trusted advisor and liaison between associates and management. Provide guidance on policies and procedures to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
  • Drive the development and implementation of people processes that attract, train, and retain top talent, aligning with the organization's short and long‑term business goals. Offer mentorship and support to supervisors in navigating people management and development challenges.
