Program Overview
Join to apply for the 2026 Nestlé USA Human Resources Development Program role at Nestlé
. This 18‑24 month program offers exposure across manufacturing and distribution facilities, learning with HR Specialist groups, and practical experience in HR Business Partner activities.
Over the program, you will receive in‑depth learning experiences led by People Analytics, Labor & Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Employment Law, and Talent specialists, and immediately apply these learnings while serving as a strategic partner to tackle real‑world business challenges.
Program Breakdown- Dive into strategic immersion across HR areas such as recruitment, compensation, talent management, people analytics, organizational development, and employee benefits.
- Learn and apply HR Business Partner activities, gaining a solid foundation in day‑to‑day responsibilities of an HR Generalist in a factory or distribution center setting.
- Take charge of HR projects, including delivering a quarterly presentation to the HR Leadership Team.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on policies and procedures to foster a productive work environment.
- Develop and implement people processes for attracting, training, and retaining top talent.
- Build relationships with business partners, employees, union management, and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrate skills in performance management, employee communications, employee relations, and local HR initiatives.
Upon completion, you will transition into a highly coveted HR Generalist role at one of Nestlé’s state‑of‑the‑art factories.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree completed and available to start by June 2026.
- Preferred majors:
Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor and Employment Relations, or related fields. - Preferred cumulative GPA 3.0 or above.
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing environment and/or HR internship preferred.
- Willingness to relocate throughout the program and career.
- Willingness to support off‑shift coverage and work extended hours as needed.
- No visa sponsorship available.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; data‑driven decision making.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations with professional maturity.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload, self‑manage projects, and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of employees and management.
- Experience in manufacturing preferred but not required.
- Strong presentation and training skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS such as SAP or Success Factors preferred.
- Exposure to senior leadership through project presentations.

Approximate pay: $70,000 annually. Final compensation may vary based on experience, geographic location, and other factors.
