Position Responsibilities- This individual shall be responsible for tracking and managing staffing levels for all functions.
- The HR Manager shall develop a direct and formal program for onboarding and sustaining new hires, including arranging orientations and site‑specific expectations.
- Possess and maintain an active SECRET security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in HR.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
