About This Role

HANA Workforce Management (WFM/HCM) Functional Specialist with a dedicated focus on the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) business process stream. In this role, you will design, configure, and optimize enterprise-wide workforce solutions, ensuring a seamless digital employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bridge core SAP HCM structures with modern digital personnel management, focusing on how personnel data flows into organizational management, time tracking, payroll, and cross-functional operational modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire-to-Retire (H2R) Process Design & Configuration
• End-to-End Lifecycle Architecture:
  Own the functional configuration of the H2R value stream within SAP S/4
  
  HANA, covering Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Actions (hiring, promotions, transfers, separations), and Benefits.
• Workforce Management & Time:
  Design and configure Time Management (PT) structures, including work schedules, absence/attendance tracking, and time evaluation rules to drive workforce efficiency.
• Cross-Module Integration:
  Ensure seamless integration of employee master data into downstream financial and operational modules, specifically:
• Finance (FICO):
  Cost center assignments, activity allocations, and payroll posting splits.
• Project System (PS) & Commercial Project Management:
  Aligning workforce profiles with WBS elements for resource planning and labor cost tracking.
