** The Opportunity
** This is more than a Learning & Development role.  We're looking for a passionate, strategic, and hands-on Learning & Development Manager to lead the evolution of technical training across North America. You will play a key role in building the capabilities of our service organization, helping field teams develop the skills needed to support cutting-edge food processing technologies.  This position offers a unique opportunity to create training strategies, develop learning pathways, influence business performance, and drive the future of workforce development within a growing global organization.

** What You'll Do**  ###
** Lead Learning Strategy*
* * Develop and execute a technical training strategy aligned with business objectives and our Next Gen vision
* Identify skill gaps and create learning roadmaps that prepare employees for future success
* Establish meaningful KPIs that measure learning effectiveness and business impact
* Manage multiple training initiatives and projects across the organization  ###
** Build Innovative Learning Experiences*
* * Design engaging learning programs including instructor-led training, e-learning, virtual learning, simulations, and blended solutions
* Create structured learning paths that accelerate employee development and technical proficiency
* Partner with subject matter experts to transform technical knowledge into impactful training experiences
* Deliver training when needed and serve as a visible learning champion###
** Influence and Partner Across the Business*
* * Collaborate with leaders, managers, product experts, and service teams to identify capability needs
* Act as a trusted advisor on workforce development and performance improvement
* Build strong partnerships with external training vendors and certification organizations  ###
** Drive Continuous Improvement*
* * Leverage data, assessments, and learner feedback to enhance training effectiveness
* Use learning systems and skills matrices to proactively identify future capability needs
* Champion a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and operational excellence  ##
