Job DescriptionWe are seeking an entry-level Bi-Lingual HR Assistant fluent in both Spanish and English to join our Human Resources team in Buckner, KY. The ideal candidate will provide support in various HR functions while effectively communicating with our diverse workforce.
Responsibilities- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Support recruitment efforts including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Serve as a liaison between Spanish-speaking employees and HR management.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions.
- Help coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries in both Spanish and English.
- Support compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Entry-level experience or education in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
