Build and maintain reporting using tools such as SQL, Spotfire, and PowerBI - Participate in strategic initiative projects by providing data analysis and insights
- Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical discipline
- 2-5 years of professional experience developing SQL code in Oracle or Microsoft SQL
- Strong knowledge of managing and analyzing structured data using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and/or Python
- Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries
- Experience with Power
BI for dashboard creation and data visualization - Familiarity with data analysis in the insurance or financial services industry
- Previous experience collaborating with senior management on strategic initiatives
