• Support Long-Term Care Operations Claims leadership with reports, data, and analytical insights
• Collaborate with business partners to gather business requirements and develop key performance indicators dashboards
• Create, iterate, and automate dashboards in Power BI for tracking metrics and driving business recommendations
• Build and maintain reporting using tools such as SQL, Spotfire, and Power BI
• Participate in strategic initiative projects by providing insight and data analysis

• Excellent analytic and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify trends through data
• Bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical discipline
• 2-5 years of professional experience in developing SQL code in Oracle or Microsoft SQL
• Strong knowledge of managing and analyzing structured data using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and/or Python
• Proficiency in writing SQL and optimizing established SQL queries

• Experience in the Long-Term Care or insurance industry
• Familiarity with data visualization tools beyond Power BI
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques
