We are looking for a PEGA Sr. System Architect Independent Consultant in Trenton, NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and provide technical expertise to develop technical solutions to implements business/system requirements
• Attain a complete understanding of requirements and understand key concepts such as rule resolution, class structure design, and reusability
• Primary responsibility will be to develop and/or modify programs, successfully unit test their work, develop supportive documentation, and to participate with the business analyst and/or users in the system testing of their programs
• In many cases, write system requirements based upon the business requirements received
• Implement a wide array of functionality from building high-quality user experiences to implementing complex case3 management requirements

This is an hourly position with opportunity for overtime.

• Knowledgeable in the following PEGA areas:
  Application Design - Case Design - Data Modeling - Automating Business Rules - Business Policies - User Experience - Reporting - Integration - Architecture - Administration - Security
• Exposure to a variety of technologies, including, but not limited to, Web Sphere or Web Logic, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .NET, Oracle, DB2, and MS/SQL with specific expertise in some of the above Knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles
• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written & oral)
• Writing and debugging programs written in COBOL/CICS/DB2 - 5 years
• Experience with IBM-MQSERIES- 4 years
• Experience with IBM OS/JCL (MVS) - 5 years
• Experience with CA-ADS/APPC - 4 years
• Experience with IDMS to DB2 conversion - 4 years
• Experience with IBM/DB2 - 5 years
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in all phases of object-oriented software development including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business-centric and process-based applications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing solutions utilizing PEGA
• 4-year degree or equivalent technical study
• PEGA Certified Architect
