• Desktop/laptop tech support for Mac and PC in a large corporate environment.
• Support Windows 7/10 operating systems and mobile devices, printers, scanners, wireless, VPN, etc.
• Install, move, add, or change iMac and other IT equipment.
• Maintain repairs, spare parts, and components.
• Research and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Maintain system configurations and documentation.
• Track and resolve customer incidents and requests through the client’s ticketing tool.
• Backup, restoration, and migration of user data.
• Smart‑Hands support with networking, server, and telecommunications technologies.
• Printer and peripheral device support.
• Inventory management of IT assets, including asset auditing.
• Research and follow appropriate knowledge‑base articles.
• Provide on‑call and after‑hours support as needed.
• May provide executive support.
• Perform other deskside-related tasks and travel to additional client locations if required.

• Experience supporting Mac OS, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, smartphones, AV conferencing systems, printers, and PC hardware.
• Positive attitude in stressful situations.
• Experience supporting remote facilities and users.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
• In‑depth research and troubleshooting for complex technical issues.
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• High school diploma (required).
• Deskside / desktop / end‑user computer experience, ideally in a corporate environment.
• Proven ability to handle challenging, rapid‑response user support and to juggle multiple tasks.
