• Deliver technology training engagements to customers using prepared curriculum
• Guide customers through their training plan and drive technology adoption
• Conduct online training sessions on system functionality and best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customers have all resources for successful onboarding
• Document and track training activities within the internal CRM/Project Management system

• 4-year degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer training or support
• Proficiency with Microsoft O365 suite
• Experience with Salesforce, Service Now, Zen Desk, or similar tools preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Technology/SaaS experience preferred
• Experience leading presentations or classroom training for technology products
• Passion for creating and sharing best practices via reliable, repeatable content
• Veterinary industry knowledge a plus
