Transitional Technologies, in business since 2003, is hiring a Network Engineer to support our clients through proactive network management. We consider only team players and well-rounded individuals.
Located in Louisville, KY, we serve clients in the Louisville Metro region. Most work is remote, minimizing travel unless necessary.
Role Description: The Service Desk positions require drive and determination to support our clients. We seek problem-solvers with a proven team track record, capable of addressing challenging user issues and improving their skills through technical training.
Our Service Desk aims to maximize user uptime and enhance their computing experience via remote monitoring, maintenance, and support activities, along with delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates should be energetic, focused, eager to learn new technologies, and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include using remote management tools to support users, updating service requests, handling support calls, prioritizing tasks, and collaborating with staff and vendors to resolve issues. Developing relationships with users and vendors, participating in ongoing training, and preparing reports are also required.
