.

Candidates must be able to work fully onsite, pass a background screening and extensive drug test prior to starting, and have a valid driver's license.

We are seeking a knowledgeable Desktop Support Technician with a high aptitude for customer service. Candidates must have a minimum of one to two years of experience in a Desktop Support or similar role, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of devices in a Windows-based environment.

In addition to desktop duties, the selected candidate may be required to assist with security cameras, servers, and network switches. This position will provide desktop support for approximately 275 devices and support our client’s staff within the correctional complex, while interacting with inmates as part of work‑detail activities.

Qualified candidates must maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to lift and carry heavy objects or work in uncomfortable positions for extended periods of time.

The candidate must be able to pass a background screening and extensive drug test prior to starting. Our client holds training that can last up to two to three weeks, during which they learn how to work, adapt, and conduct themselves in a prison atmosphere.
