** SENIOR DATA ANALYST WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help build and deliver BI and analytics products. This role supports the key capability areas - turning the KPI framework and decision intelligence strategy into trusted metrics, scorecards, and insights that help business stakeholders measure performance across workflow and operations in every modality.

The candidate will contribute to the governed KPI catalog and semantic layer, helping identify decision points lacking performance visibility and drafting the KPIs, benchmarks, and leading indicators needed to measure emerging business capabilities. We're seeking someone who can perform hands-on metric modeling and validation, partner closely with Product Managers, business users, and data engineering peers, and turn governed metrics into clear insights and narratives for business partners and cross-functional audiences.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, technical fluency across modern analytics platforms, and a working understanding of how business area performance connects in integrated business scorecards. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder partnership, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to manage multiple analytics deliverables across concurrent tool rollouts.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training
· 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or analytics product ownership, with hands-on experience in SQL, KPI frameworks, metrics governance, semantic layers, and applied analytics
· Experience maintaining metric catalogs, defining KPIs, validating metric logic, and delivering analytics across multiple tools and modalities (e.g., Tableau, Databricks, Custom Apps)
· Strong partnership skills with cross-functional stakeholders including Product Managers, analytics engineering teams, and business users in a matrixed organization
· Experience assessing data impact, documenting analytics requirements, and supporting rollout plans and insights roadmaps tied to business outcomes and decision-making needs

· Experience with data storytelling, presenting insights to senior stakeholders, and connecting performance across domains in a technical analytics or data product environment WHAT YOU'LL WORK ONYou'll help shape how the analytics organization measures, decides, and delivers - building and maintaining the KPIs, governed metric catalog, and semantic layer that bring consistency to analytics. This is hands-on, cross-functional work at the intersection of business outcomes and enterprise data platforms.
· Support KPI framework and metric catalog curation and governance - inventory metrics across Tableau, Smartsheets, Airtable, and Excel, document standardized metric definitions and business rules in the governed catalog and semantic layer, and recommend keep, adapt, and deprecate decisions
· Contribute to decision intelligence work - drafting the KPIs, performance frameworks, and analytic questions that guide decisions, and flagging metric gaps for emerging strategies before they block decisions
· Perform applied metric modeling and validation - statistical sanity-checking, trend and outlier analysis, and scenario testing of proposed KPI formulas against historical data to prove metric logic
· Help prioritize metrics and maintain the analytics roadmap, preparing KPI, scorecard, and insights requirements that feed backlogs for analytics engineering teams
