- Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN network infrastructure
. - Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and other network devices.
- Implement and support routing and switching protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, STP, and TCP/IP
. - Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, and security.
- Troubleshoot complex network connectivity, performance, and configuration issues.
- Support network upgrades, migrations, installations, and infrastructure projects.
- Configure and maintain network security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, ACLs, and network segmentation.
- Work with cloud and hybrid networking environments such as AWS and Azure
. - Use network monitoring and management tools to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Maintain network diagrams, configurations, documentation, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with systems, security, cloud, and application teams to resolve infrastructure issues.
- Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and change-management activities.
- Ensure network infrastructure follows organizational security and availability standards.
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering or network infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies and enterprise network environments.
- Hands-on experience with routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and wireless networking.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and network security.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Knowledge of cloud networking concepts in AWS and/or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
