Network Network Administrator

As a Network Administrator at Elvserver, you will help architect, operate, and grow the global backbone that powers our cloud platform. Working closely with systems and software engineers, you will keep connectivity fast, resilient, and secure for customers around the world. • Keep an eye on server and network health using tooling such as Grafana and Graylog
• Detect, investigate, and mitigate unusual DDoS attack patterns
• Study traffic flows and routing behaviour to spot anomalies early
• Troubleshoot infrastructure end to end with full access to the management layer
• Operate a range of network gear, including Cisco-style CLI Ethernet switches, Mikrotik, and Opengear
• Manage Internet number resources (IPv4, IPv6, ASN)
• Configure and tune dynamic routing protocols (iBGP and eBGP with the full table, OSPF)

• Solid, practical Linux administration skills
• A clear understanding of how the Internet is wired together
• Comfort using the shell to diagnose networking services
• Scripting ability in Python and Bash (additional languages are a welcome bonus)
