As a
Senior Pre-Sales Engineer at TSPi, you will have the opportunity to turn complex mission challenges into innovative technology solutions that can make a meaningful difference in people's lives. You will work at the intersection of emerging technology, federal missions, and innovation, helping customers envision and implement new approaches to some of their most pressing challenges.

Imagine helping the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) explore how AI and advanced data analytics could strengthen program integrity efforts, identify potential fraud, waste, and abuse, and protect critical healthcare resources. Or partnering with teams supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to design modern data solutions that could improve access to services, streamline benefits processes, and enhance the experience of veterans who rely on those programs.

In this role, you won't simply respond to technical requirements.
You'll help shape what's possible. You'll engage with federal customers early in their decision-making process, uncover complex challenges, and design compelling technical solutions. From architecting innovative approaches to building demonstrations, proofs of concept, prototypes, and pilots, you'll help bring ideas to life and show customers how emerging technologies can transform the way they deliver on their missions.

We're looking for a technically accomplished problem solver with deep expertise in
AI engineering, data engineering, and/or modern data platforms who enjoys working directly with customers. You'll have the opportunity to apply your technical knowledge, creativity, and communication skills to influence technology strategies, shape new opportunities, and help expand TSPi's impact across the federal landscape.

Partner directly with federal customers to explore complex mission challenges and identify opportunities to improve programs, services, and operations through innovative technology solutions.

Lead technical discovery conversations to understand customer needs, uncover underlying challenges, and translate mission objectives into actionable technology strategies.

Architect and design solutions leveraging AI, data engineering, modern data platforms, cloud technologies, and other emerging capabilities.

Develop compelling demonstrations, prototypes, proofs of concept, and pilots that bring technical solutions to life and demonstrate their potential impact.
