Web Designer

We're looking for a talented Web Designer to create engaging, user-focused experiences across our web-based applications, publicportals, and marketing websites. In this role, you'll be responsible for visual design, information architecture, and user interface design, transformingcomplex concepts into intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences.

• Ensure front-end code is responsive and implemented with amobile-first approach
• Leverage the existing frameworks and technology
• Design websites that are easy to access and visually effective
• Create wireframes, rapid prototypes, and comps to showimportant interactions, functionality, user interfaces, and mock-up designs
• Design for maximum usability with a focus on user experience
• Provide design advice on projects and make recommendations for improving websites
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor products
• Coordinate closely with Client Services and Marketing Specialists to support clients
• Fulfill multiple project requests while simultaneouslymeeting tight production deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in web design and development, UI design,or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with user interface and user experience (UI/UX) design
• Online portfolio of design samples
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in Figma
• Solid knowledge of web technologies and applications
• Knowledge of Bootstrap front-end framework
• Understanding of accessibility requirements
• Strong knowledge of responsive and mobile design
• Familiarity with iOS and Android application design
• Familiarity with backend/CMS applications
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
• Ability to learn new technologies and integrate them intothe environment and practices
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively aspart of a team
• Ability to work at assigned office location
• Ability to attend meetings and perform tasks for long periods on a computer and on the telephone
• Regular attendance and a regular work schedule are essential functions of this job

Annual Salary Range: $78,000 - $86,400
