Dynamics CRM Tech Lead Architect

This role is for an IT Professional with strong qualifications in hands-on implementation, consulting, and development within Dynamics CRM Online, including integrations with other cloud and on-premise systems using various integration patterns. The position involves leading MS Dynamics application development as a Tech Lead/Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Able to work effectively in an agile delivery model and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Create design specifications by interacting closely with client stakeholders.
• Provide robust solutions to CRM requirements, often within tight time schedules.
• Conduct CRM solution approach workshops for stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Create High-Level Technical designs for CRM solutions.
• Manage CRM environments for testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.
• Provide deployment support for the CRM solution.

Required Skills:

• Strong CRM Functional understanding across various domains, with particular expertise in Sales and Services Modules.
• Deep expertise in CRM technical areas such as Dataverse and Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Previous experience with Workflow tools, specifically Power Automate and Connectors.
• Proficiency in data modeling within CRM based on specific requirements.
• Experience working on solutions that involve integrations using various patterns.
• Experience with or designing Data Migration to and from CRM in large setups using approved tools like Data Factory, Synapse, or Fabric.
• Experience with Solution deployments, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and CRM Solutions.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting and achieving solutions for application development issues through team collaboration.
• Experience with Out-of-the-Box (OOB) Reports, Dashboards, and Power BI.
• Experience or knowledge of data platforms linked to CRM, such as Fabric or Synapse.
• Experience with Copilot within D365 and M365, Copilot Studio/Azure AI foundry, and developing agents and/or chatbots using Copilot Studio.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, preferably Online, including involvement in requirement gathering and solution design (focused on Data/Integrations design).
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional expertise.

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of relevant IT professional experience.
• D365 Certification (PL 600/200 or AB 100).

Skills:

• Knowledge about Azure Components and AZ 900 certification.
