About Hydra HostHydra Host connects AI Factories—high-performance GPU data centers with the organizations that depend on them: foundation model developers, enterprise AI teams, research organizations, and next-generation AI platforms.
As demand for GPU compute accelerates, customers need infrastructure deployed faster, more reliably, and with greater operational rigor than traditional cloud environments. Hydra Host sits at the center of that transformation, helping customers bring AI capacity online across a growing network of Neo Cloud infrastructure providers and AI Factories.
The RoleWe are seeking a Deployments Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of customer deployments across Hydra Host's Neo Cloud ecosystem.
This is not a traditional project management role. You will coordinate the deployment of large-scale AI infrastructure environments involving GPU clusters, networking, colocation facilities, cloud platforms, customer engineering teams, and infrastructure partners.
You will own deployment execution from signed contract through production readiness, ensuring customers are successfully onboarded while aligning internal teams, data center operators, hardware vendors, and customer stakeholders.
The ideal candidate combines strong program management discipline with a deep understanding of infrastructure, data centers, cloud operations, networking, and customer-facing delivery.
