* A Day in the Life of theThe Manager, Digital Paid Media leads the organization's paid digital acquisition strategy and is responsible for optimizing performance across paid search, paid social, programmatic, affiliate, and retargeting channels. This role manages a multi-million-dollar media budget, develops and leads a high-performing team, and drives customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency through data-driven decision-making. Working closely with eCommerce, Analytics, Finance, Brand, Creative, and agency partners, the manager identifies growth opportunities, optimizes channel performance, and delivers strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership that support business objectives and long-term growth.

* Own paid media strategy and performance across search, social, programmatic, affiliate, and retargeting.
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing paid media team.
* Set priorities, allocate work, and ensure strong campaign execution.
* Manage budgets, pacing, forecasts, and investment shifts across channels and markets.
* Optimize channel mix, audiences, creative, offers, and landing pages to improve conversions, revenue, and customer value.
* Drive testing across platforms, audiences, creative, messaging, placements, and landing pages.
* Partner with Analytics and eCommerce to strengthen tracking, attribution, testing, and reporting.  + Define performance metrics and apply MMM and MTA insights to guide investment decisions.
* Apply AI search and content insights to strengthen paid media strategy, targeting, and performance.
* Turn performance data into clear optimization plans and executive reporting.
* Communicate strategies, solutions, and performance insights to senior leadership to influence change, refine priorities, and redesign tactics that improve business outcomes.
* Grow affiliate performance through partner, placement, and offer optimization.
* Evaluate new platforms and partnerships for fit, incrementality, scale, and economics.
* Manage agency and platform partners against clear deliverables and performance expectations.
* Actively support, promote, and advance all aspects of Astound’s Inclusion and Belonging work, recognizing it as a business priority, including creating a work environment where all employees feel valued, respected, heard, and empowered.
