- Consult on various small business lines coverage, including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability
- Collaborate effectively within a high-performing sales culture
- Manage desk operations while ensuring timely outcomes for customers
- Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team to assess complex risks and write profitable business
- Active commercial Property & Casualty license required
- Eligibility to hold a full Property & Casualty license in your resident state and 48 non-resident states (excluding Hawaii and Alaska)
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Property & Casualty experience preferred
- Call center experience valued
- Strong sales acumen and excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Competitive nature with a strong desire to win
- Demonstrated solid time, organizational, and desk management skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
