Position: Licensed Small Commercial Insurance Inside/Inbound Sales (2026 Talent Pipeline)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Handle inbound calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants, and providing coverage consultation to small business owners
  • Consult on various small business lines coverage, including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability
  • Collaborate effectively within a high-performing sales culture
  • Manage desk operations while ensuring timely outcomes for customers
  • Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team to assess complex risks and write profitable business
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Active commercial Property & Casualty license required
  • Eligibility to hold a full Property & Casualty license in your resident state and 48 non-resident states (excluding Hawaii and Alaska)
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent Property & Casualty experience preferred
  • Call center experience valued
  • Strong sales acumen and excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
