Marketing Account Executive

Job Overview

Market products and services through the independent agency system within the specified geographic territory, achieving a high renewal retention rate and profitable growth of new business. Manage communication and relationships with agents, the underwriting department, and account executives. Serve as the front‑line underwriter: review new business submissions, gather additional data, and present accounts to underwriting with a strategy for approval.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience in production underwriting or marketing commercial insurance on large accounts, preferably workers’ compensation.
• Experience in underwriting, loss control, or claims is a plus.
• Knowledge of the independent agent system and strong relationships with key agencies in the territory.
• Residency in one of the three cities:
  Indianapolis, Cincinnati, or Louisville.

Salary Range: $95,000.00 – $.
