The Client Advisor is responsible for working with pre-qualified inbound customers to finalize insurance purchases, provide coverage recommendations, and identify opportunities to bundle additional policies. This role operates in a high-volume sales environment and focuses on delivering accurate, efficient, and consultative service to customers actively seeking coverage.

Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
* Engage with inbound customers who have initiated insurance quotes
* Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate home, auto, and personal lines insurance products
* Guide customers through policy selection and final purchase decisions
* Identify and present cross-sell opportunities, including bundled insurance solutions
* Process insurance applications and policies accurately and in a timely manner
* Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM and agency management systems
* Communicate professionally with customers to build trust and ensure a positive experience
* Stay informed on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry updates
* Collaborate with team members to support operational efficiency and agency objectives
* Comply with all company policies and procedures.
