PositionDescription:
We are seeking a full-time licensed Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. Successful candidate should have excellent strong decision-making skills and attention to detail. The position requires assisting clients with day-to-day service needs and providing timely and professional service with a positive attitude. The candidate for this role will have excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong desire to provide a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:- Foster and maintain a professional working relationship with clients and carrier personnel
- Service of clients; policy reviews, account round, cross sell and up sell
- Maintain knowledge of carrier product offerings and pricing
- Remarket assigned accounts when required
Qualifications:
- Valid New York Property & Casualty license
- Prior insurance experience of at least two years is preferred
- High School Diploma
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Microsoft Office systems knowledge
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to work well independently as well as on a team
- Focused, productive, and accountable with attention to detail
