Job Description- Manage family law matters from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, judgments, and trial briefs
- Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations
- Conduct legal research and stay current on family law developments
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver high‑quality work product
- Travel to courts and offices throughout Southern California as needed
- Maintain approximately 140 billable hours per month
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California State Bar license in good standing
- 1+ years of legal experience
- Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research platforms
- Supportive, collaborative culture with real mentorship
